Hi Mike, Happy Independence Day! I have spent nearly three weeks away from my computer--sheer torture if it weren't for the fact that I was at my cabin. I see you have been/are travelling some, as well.
I look forward to seeing how I might apply blogging, as well, although I gave you a brief heads up about my possibly maintaining continuity with students who, as a substitute teacher, I see sporadically and unannounced through the school year; conducting a S.E.E.D. for students; organizing a school-wide service project like donating a PlayPump to a village without clean water; or even becoming a local "Wise Elder."
Since I have completed only Thing 1, it's hard to predict what will emerge. My personal focus is to become savvy enough with this technology to contribute to media reform leading up to this year's election.
